Vivisick-Punks Were Made Before Sounds
Well well well has anyone heard of Vivisick before? I hadn't until I got one of there splits in a trade and was pleasantly surprised by them, so when I found this in the dollar bin I kinda got excited. So Vivisick are a grind band from Japan. 8 trax of grind rampage coming threw the speakers, with this release being over 10 years old already for me it's not what I'm used to when listening to this genre of music there's just something about it that sounds dated. But what else is really coming out of Japan now days? But I would recommend Vivisick to people any day of the week.

Nightstick Justice-Claustrophobic E.P.
Does Grave Mistake have any horrible releases? To me they don't every time I find one and get it, it's always amazing and never lets me down on how incredible these releases are. So for $1 dollar fuck yeah man. So never heard of these guys before but if Grave Mistake put it out it has to be good. 5 trax of straight to the point catchy as hell hardcore. If I had to pick a favorite song I couldn't from start to finish there all good. I wish a lot of the records I find are like this I bet there live show is amazing if they put all the energy from this record to there live shows they have to be good. So with that said this was a total score for $1. I want to try and find there other releases now this will totally be on replay for awhile.
The Spark-Less Slow, More Go!
Well I picked this out because any band these days with the word "The" in front of there name has to be as good as all the other bands that start with THE. right? If it only worked that way, these guys are by no means bad at all. Just really fast catchy hardcore. The other reason I picked this up is because it's colored and the cover is the review from Maximumrocknroll, which didn't give them a very good review so i'll do my best. With a total of 10 trax 5 on each side plus they cover Black Flag-American Waste which is pretty cool and pretty good, but 9 originals that are pretty good but does just sound like any other hardcore band does it needs a special something to get me to buy more. So with that said i'm glad this was just a dollar if it was 2 dollars it would have stayed at the record store and I would have picked out something else. I did find out that the record I got was a run of limited covers because for some reason they ran out so there are 150 regulars and 150 with the review cover made after they ran out so thats kinda cool.
Fake Problems-Spurs & Spokes
For real people $1 dollar even though I own this already why not pick it up again for a dollar so if anyone is interested in trading for this or buying it please let me know. So 4 songs which I think that launched these guys onto big tours and to a bigger label. For me I love these guys very first interview I ever did and was awesome helping them set up there gear on warped tour a couple years ago in MN. So this I beleive is there first 7 inch on Sabot Productions and isn't there last. Seeing these guys multiple times in multiple venues the are like a great wine they just keep getting better with age. So if the folk punk is your scene you probably already know how good they are. Awesome record with a awesome pull out lyric sheet. Please support these guys they deserve it.

Toxic Narcotic-2oz Slab of Hate!
So why wouldn't anyone pick this up for a dollar. I know my buddy Stab would get a boner over this for a dollar so I bought it. I've never really been into the whole Boston Hardcore Scene like everybody else is. I personally only own the "Shoot People, Not Dope e.p." I bought it when i was like 17 and wasn't to impressed and now almost 10 years later I'm still not into them so for a buck I don't fell to ripped off. So there's 4 tracks on this record 4 of the same old same old. But something funny is that on the Discogs website it says this was put out on Ecocentric Records mine says it's on Rodent Popsicle Records. So I don't know if this is a repress or original press. So if anyone could/would let me know that would be sweet or buy this from me so I can get my dollar back please do.
Spitting Teeth-Don't Believe The Hype!
Here is blog 2 of 2 for Spitting Teeth. So when I seen this I was like "Hell Yea" anything on Havoc Records is good plus it's Spitting Teeth. Added bonus it's on red wax. So a total of 8 tracks 4 on each side. So to start off side A is "The Kids Are Fucking Rad" amazing amazing song but I see the simularity to another song call "The Police Are Fucking Rad" by In Defence just listen to each song and see if you see it to. Since Ben Crew sang for 1-2-Go-Crew! who did a split with Spitting Teeth!!!! Let me know your thoughts please post a comment and tell me your opinion. But all these tracks on this record are very good spastic fast catchy hardcore so for a dollar I can't complain it could be worse. Also I found out there was a limited glass cased version of this record on clear vinyl so I found it on Ebay for 5 bux so I snapped that up real fast. With that said go buy Spitting teeth records.

The Bill Bondsmen-The Swinging Sounds Of
So when I seen this it was a must have for me. I seen these guys like 3 years ago at a record store playing the Off With Their Heads records release show. So seeing this I snapped it up. Bill Bondsmen are a catchy raw punk band from Michigan. This I believe is one of there early 7 inches. Plus once I looked at it, it's on clear wax, score.. So on this record there are 5 tracks of pure gritty punk rock really reminds me of a band I like from Texas called "Born To Lose". So everyone should go out and check out both of those bands. Plus now I'm on the hunt to find more Bill Bondsmen records. Last cool tidbit is they thank Damage Deposit in there notes so thats really cool to me.
Spitting Teeth-Legacy of Cruciality e.p.
So here is entry 1 of 2 for Spitting Teeth records. So I first discovered this band because they did a split 7 inch with a local sXe rap group called 1-2-Go-Crew! which are an amazing group that should play again. HINT HINT BEN.... But that is all I heard of Spitting Teeth never bought any of there other stuff until now I couldn't pass these up. So with that said Spitting Teeth was a sweet hardcore band from the early 2000s. So with this record a total of 8 tracks, 5 on the A side and 3 on the B side. A really good cover of Project X-Straight edge Revenge, but nothing compares to the original. Plus there song Million Man Mosh is a must know for anybody, also 1-2-Go-Crew covered it. I'm very glad I got this for a dollar.
