Absence öf Youth-Volume One:The Seventh Circle
Here is my first digital only review. What is the world coming to now with all these digital releases. Can’t really complain when I listen to this, this is a bad ass release. They call themselves D-beat/Crust Punk which I can see but this is better then your average D-beat/Crust band these songs sound way better with the gritty vocals and the heavy guitar. Plus all the songs aren’t long epic riffs there are some like “Bottle of Oblivion” that is a super fast catchy punk song with heavy drums and fast vocals. Track #9 has a nice intro into the song of a Native American talking about the struggle of the white man taking there land away and putting them on reservations. So kind of in the lines of RESISTANT CULTURE. Kind of has the KONTRASEKT sound to them. Then goes into the gritty as hell vocals that I think really make this album, nothing fancy straight to the point and not over produced at all. Please everyone go follow the link and download this album for free or pay whatever you can. You’ll be glad you did. (XbezerkerX)
